Location near the beach or the historic area, the harbor and many nice restaurants, shopping malls, and the Olympic sailing center. Excellent breakfast to start the day with western food, asian specialties and French fries.

The hotel has very diligent personnel from chambermaid to management. the themed rooms are a nice size with bright bathrooms and WiFi. the setting is absolutely perfect.

Fantastic staff who are fluent in English and always ready to help. The breakfast had a great selection of food. My room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a fantastic view. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I was upgraded to a suite, the staff were so lovely and kind, happy hour in the Italian restaurant is amazing, I'm not really a fan of China but qingdao is a beautiful city and this hotel was just perfect.
